永州师范高等专科学校后勤基建处成立于二O一九年六月，下设食堂管理中心、医务室等部门，是负责对学校食堂、后勤、基建、医务、社会化服务工作进行管理、监督、检查的职能部门。其主要职责是:负责制定学校食堂、后勤、基建工作发展规划和工作计划;负责编制学校基本建设总体规划及申报计划;负责食堂管理、饮食安全管理，负责基建项目的前期工作，以及监督实施;负责学校水电、建筑、设备的维修;负责学校社会化服务管理，落实职工住房政策等;负责学校公房的管理;负责对食堂、社会化服务的收费范围、标准、价格及服务质量进行审核、监督工作;全面负责学校节能减排工作等。
后勤基建处现有在职职工12名，其中主任一名、主任助理三名、管理人员9名。同时监管校医务室相关事务，集行政管理和服务工作为一体，肩负着规划校园、建设校园和美化校园的重任。
后勤基建处以"树立科学发展观，建设和谐校园"为指导思想，以"安全、高效、优质、创新"为工作理念，积极探索高校后勤基建管理的内在规律，努力为学校教育事业可持续发展提供强有力的保障。
